Sometimes it can be all too confusing, you get a discount for this much and then another 5% if you buy at least one special etc, and the item can only weigh 500 grams or else it will cost you $100, blah blah blah blah, boring too confusing I have gone somewhere else……and so at Abundantias Gold we are all about making it easy for you the customer…

*All orders up to the value of $74.99 hold a flat fee shipping rate of $7 (au only)

*All orders $75 and over are shipped free (AU only)

Couldn’t be simpler! 

Alternatively if you live in SA you can shop online and select Pick up, and we will package your order ready for you to collect at our retail store.  There is no fee to do this, you pay no postage obviously, and you can either pay online or pay when you collect.

Overseas / International Customers

Whilst I am more than happy to arrange to ship your items overseas, unfortunatly I am unable to cover you under the free postage for over $75 or the flat rate shipping. You will need to email me prior to ordering for a qoute indicating which products you require, alternatively you may order but do not pay until you have received a final total. Payment must be made by Paypal only. Please email admin@scrapbookingsa.com.au

Just to give you an idea. according to the Australian Post calcualtor, Parcels up to 500g are estimated to be :

*US / CANADA $19.95 australian

*NEW ZEALAND $15.50 australian

*UK $17.50 australian

Privacy is taken very seriously, we do not disclose your personal information to any 3rd party, unless we are legally bound, or have your written consent.

Credit card payments are made securely with Paypal, so we never have access to your credit card information. The information you provide is only given to Paypal, a secure payment gateway.

Alternatively you may choose to pay over the phone, and ask us to qoute a 'passwrod' when we call you so that you kno it is us calling, we process the payment then and there and your details are not written down or stored anywhere, we will input them into the bank terminal as we are talking to you.

•Over the phone, you may provide us with a contact number and we will call you to process your credit card payment over the phone, if you would like us to use a password so that you know it is is add this in the comments field of the order

*If you are making payment by Bank Deposit  please ensure you provide your Order number for ease of identification.

IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED

Goods will be despatched within 48 working hours upon receipt of full payment

Damaged or Lost Goods

Extreme care is taken when packing your order, however once the package leaves our care, we take no responsibility for any loss or damage. If you would prefer we can despatch your goods via registered mail being insured for loss or damage up to $100.00, please email a quote for this service prior to your order.

FAQ 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your funds have cleared, within 48 working hours we will ship your products. (with the exclusion of weekends and public holidays)
Australia Post delivery time frames apply, depending upon your location.

If  you require something urgently, please call ahead on  0407 964037  to alert us to your order and we will try our best to accomodate your timeframes. 

If I make a payment by Bank Deposit , how will I know when you have shipped my goods?

As soon as funds have cleared our financial institution,  we will ship the products to your nominated address and send an email confirmation that they are on there way. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure you supply your order / invoice number so that we are able to easily identify your order, failure to do this may result in delays whilst we track the money to an order.

I have placed an order and checked out, I have changed my mind and I want to cancel..

We offer a refund or exchange policy for faulty goods only. We will not refund or exchange goods if you change your mind. Please choose carefully

I have received a gift certificate or discount coupon and the code will not work.
